The trust recession and the need for authenticity
This is cool but it creates distance with the customer.
Ugly ads and UGC are still necessary:

But in the full funnel
- Organic + Ads + Website
Whitelisting and partnership ads, my bet for 2026:
- Whitelisting:
We get ‘advertising access’ to the Facebook fanpage of the creator (which is linked to his/her IG)
Extra option: Create AI niche influencers and do whitelisting ads with them - Partnership Ads:
Option 1: the creator makes an organic post, you are given access (with a code) to advertise that IG post
Option 2: the creator gives you ‘partnership permission’ to run collaboration ads with his/her IG/FB page
USA + Europe:

Wellness USA Partnership Ads:
Not working well yet.
Partnership access:
Creator → Enable Partnership Ads
- Open ig app
- Go to settings and privacy
- Find Business tools and controls (or Creator tools)
- Open branded content
- Turn on / allow branded content
After that, they add you:
- In IG branded content
- Go to Brand partners
- Search your business name (your Business Manager / brand)
- Approve / allow your business as a partner for ads
And for whitelisting, this seems to be the best option:
Otherwise the content creator must give manual access to the media buyer’s email, to be able to advertise for that fb fan page.

The need for diversification (Andromeda)
Again, creative diversification matrix with Atria libraries:

Design your ad creatives with the intention of hitting different audience pockets.
What happened in ABO Christmas?
More than 50 ad sets
Very similar ad concept (show the product and show a discount)
Result → Frequency of 7 → No new audience pockets, overlap
Learn from this mistake:
Each ad set in the ABO had a frequency of 1-3, which is not crazy crazy. But because there were too many ad sets, and they were quite similar to each other, they targeted a very similar audience.
In France, there are 35M women.
Let’s say 20M are 18-55 and using FB/IG.
And 5M are inside the “Purchase” audience.
Then, the fact that my unique reach is capped at 390,000 and from there the frequency keeps going up, tells me there is a problem with my creatives.
All ad sets used near-identical retrieval signals
- Same intent band
- Same visual pattern
- Same promise (discount)
- Same product
- == To Andromeda, all these ads are 1 ad
- And 1 ad goes to the audience pocket where the chances of success are the highest
- Audience pocket: “ready to buy + discount-sensitive + gift mindset”
Buying intent
Reasons why they would buy - I need diversity in signal
Interesting hack I saw doing research:
“Missed Black Friday?”
