*Winter Sales + Urgency + Sunday
- Remember: being tactical with scaling in Q1 is key,
- The days we did €82k and €88k both were Sundays (historical best day of the week for this client)
- The website has urgency + Winter Sales = Revenue peak
Winter Sales campaign development
- Ad Creatives
50% of your ads: re-brand your winning ads from Black Friday and Christmas
50% of your ads: new ideas (snow + product with AI, later)
Winter-style ad creative library:

Around 30% of my spend is in winter sales:
Each ad set has a different product category, and the formats are totally different.
In this other ad account:
We’ll combine the new year with reset sale, and just scale what works best.
The ABOs have 8-12 ads with 3-4 ad sets, which means, I don’t do 1 ad per ad set, and I separate by concept/angle.
And the best performers, at least 5, are moved into a CBO with an overbidding bid cap.
--
It’s a long campaign, so you can spend 1 full week testing, and scale aggressively at the end of January with:
-> Salary
-> Urgency
-> Proven ad creatives
January revenue is like a V.
So the most tactical approach is to make a revenue record on Sunday the 25th of January and Sunday the 1st of February.
Valentine’s Day campaign development
- Ad Creatives
50% of your ads: re-brand your winning ads from Black Friday and Christmas:
Valentine’s Day 2026
-30% & Fast Shipping
Be super emotional
"Imagine her reaction... ❤️ Get the perfect gift now at -30% off”
"Imagine her reaction... ❤️ -30% OFF Valentine’s Jewelry."
“Valentine’s Day Gift ❤️ (Product) up to 40% OFF."
In terms of new ad creatives,
Purchase recommendation ads (article ads and UGC)
Gabriel:
- Women selling to women the idea that this is the best Valentine’s day gift for men
- Men selling to women the idea that this is the best Valentine’s day gift for men
- Media Buying
Early testing: January 10th-January 20th
Real testing: January 20th-January 31st
Scaling: February 1st-February10th
Early testing: January 10th-January 20th
-> Goal: Find the winning concept
-> “ABO_Valentines2026”
Ad set 1: Black Friday winner rebranded into Valentines
Ad set 2: Christmas winner rebranded into Valentines
Ad set 3: Purchase recommendation - Article
Ad set 4: Purchase recommendation - UGC Woman
Ad set 5: Purchase recommendation - UGC Man
With Andromeda:
-> Don’t just vertically scale ad set 1 and 5
-> Don’t make small variations and launch more ad sets
-> Extract the SIGNAL, the CONCEPT
Ad set 1: simple image with a discount works well as it captures high intent traffic
Ad set 2: man selling to other man about what gifts to buy for the girlfriend
These are 2 profitable demand pockets for Valentine’s.
CBO_(Image with discount)
-> Image more focused on social proof and authority
-> Image more focused on client review
-> Image with whatsapp conversation: OMG I love you so much, it’s the best Valentine’s gift I’ve ever received
-> (...)
CBO_(Man UGC Valentine’s)
-> Different male archetypes
-> Different fear angles (“don’t mess this up”)
-> Different UGC formats (selfie / voiceover / captions)
ABO = signal extraction
CBO = signal amplification via format diversification
